Q.- Do you guys design for other brands or artists?
A.- At the moment we are not doing design for other brands, bands or artists.
Q.- What technique you use to print your shirts?
A.- We use a technique called discharge for our pre order shirts, re prints are done using DTG printing.
Q.- Do you ship worldwide?
A.- We have shipped worldwide, at the moment it has been brought to our attention about problems with shipments outside the US and have suspended worldwide shipping until further notice. Some items do have international shipment, please add the item to your cart and check if it lets you order to your country.
Q.- Is there a specific way to wash my Never Die shirts?
A.- We recommend to Machine Wash, Gentle cycle, Cold wash and air dry only. This way your shirt lasts longer. I myself have all never die shirts from the very first one and always wash them like this.
Q.- Will you only do tmnt related shirts?
A.- No, we currently are working on adding stuff from other series, videogames
Q.- Could you print my shirts?
A.- At this moment we are not screen printing for others since we had a very big problem regarding a special printing for a band which only paid a certain amount and then never wanted to pay full for the work we did for them. The problem right there is we end up with merch we cannot sell and losing part of the investment used to print those shirts. In the future we will continue printing for others but at the moment that service is not being offered.
Q.- How long does it take for you guys to ship an order?
A.- We try to work as fast as we can, we manage almost every sale on pre order, it takes a max of 4 - 5 weeks after pre order is closed to get shirts shipped, we try to do it as fast as possible so it might take less time.
Re prints take from 3 to 5 weeks after you place your order, all re prints are made to order, and are printed by an external service and depend on them to print the shirts so we can continue to ship them to their destination.
Q - Can I cancel my order and ask for a refund?
A.- Returns and refunds are only accepted within 2 weeks after product has been received. We don´t do refunds or cancel orders on worn, washed or altered items, we also don´t do refunds or cancel order for items marked on sale.
